Monica S. Orlando
Monica S. Orlando is a partner at Orlando & Braun L.L.P. Ms. Orlando represents clients in matters of general civil litigation, family law, employment law, bankruptcy, and estate planning and probate, including probate litigation. Prior to starting Orlando & Braun L.L.P., she served as a partner at two other Houston law firms.
Ms. Orlando received her law degree cum laude from the South Texas College of Law, where she graduated in the top 15% of her class. While in law school, she was the Assistant Note and Comment Editor for the South Texas Law Review. She was nominated to the Dean's List for all three years of school and to the Order of the Lytae, an honor society recognizing outstanding academic achievement in students who have completed over 45 hours of law study. In addition, Ms. Orlando received the American Jurisprudence Award (AM JUR) in numerous classes, including Oil and Gas, Legal Research II, Texas Pretrial Procedure, and Law Office Management.
